Getting Started: add maven url and compile fixes #65

I was confused about the maven URL (see https://github.com/JetBrains/skija/issues/64) so I've added this to the Getting Started guide. Also, the first code example in the Getting Started guide had compile errors so I've updated that with working code. I'm running Java 15.
