running for a while but not sure what the progress is #76

I am running scTE on a large bam file (~40GB) with 10 threads and it has been running for over 36 hours and I am not sure how to check how far along the program has gotten. Can the program stall (and look like it is running but actually be stuck because of an error)? I am running this on the cloud so it is using computational resources and I want to make sure I am not wasting resources. Thank you!

Seems run out of memory, can you try again with 1-2 threads?
