I came across your repository and it looks like good work and for that reason I'm submitting this request.
François Chollet, Keras' author, said he is interested in directly incorporating dense prediction/FCN into the Keras API, so I'm seeking suggestions/feedback/contributions at fchollet/keras#6538.
Also, could you add a license so it is clear how this can be used? I suggest the MIT license which is the same as Keras, it is pretty simple and lets people use it as they would like:
