Concurrency problem #279

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start a server
2.Run more than one execution request simultaniously against the same server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to receive response, but sometimes server stops sending responses.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.3b, version 1.3.1 did not have this problem. The server runs on Windows XP, 
clients from linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
If you run the server with debug mode, it semms like it is entering an infinite 
loop

Version 1.3.3c also produces the same error, I attach the server debug output 
when this error happens
