Screen Rotation only works with a couple of apps #115

Screen rotation only works with the apps built by JingOS team. All other applications (native or android) fail to rotate

Reproduce: 1) launch app while not in keyboard-dock 2) rotate device on desktop (works) 3) Launch app (Native or Android) 4) no rotation occurs
