The Edit-s function, Phone number can hava only 3 digits.. #1

best to check validation of phone number adn make sure it is 8 digits-long

Team's Response

This is inherited directly from AB3 as shown below. And this is unlikely to affect normal operation. And we think it is beyond this project to set the phone number requirement as what if the supplier wants to include area code and coutry code etc.

Reason for disagreement: First, i think the addressbook is just a reference as we always can improve the functionality from there. In this case, i suggest in user guide you can explicitly mentioned that this app is only for the use in Singapore. Therefore, you only need to check +65 and 8 digits long for the phone number. It is not feasible that phone number with just 3 digits show on UI.
