The Alcatel drivers don't seem to recognize the device's ADB interface. Might 
be related to the device pid or the bInterfaceNumber of ADB.

Did you try setting the ADB mode's PID and VID to something generic, like the 
Nexus S's values? Because on stock (without your USB init rc), ADB is detected 
as a generic device, without problem.

Found the prob here... i needs usb2.0 to work , in usb 3.0 not working..
