Where is the .exe file?

I can't find the .exe file anywhere in the folder but the instructions says "Run LeagueBulkConvert.exe"

Please refer to my comment on issue https://github.com/Jochem-W/LeagueConvert/issues/109, or the updated README.md. To summarise: all downloads can be found by navigating to the "Actions" tab (for now).
