Please provide a changelog #180

Hi,

Thank you very much for this excellent library ❤️

I wish I could see the changes before installing a new version. Can you include a changelog in the repo or list the changes on the release page? Alternatively, you can use an annotated tag and GitHub will automatically show the annotation.

I don't really use the github release feature, the releases are on pypi
