Extend vscode project configuration for napi (c++) debugging. #248

The project's current runtime configurations allow for Type/JavaScript debugging but does not accommodate napi's c++ code. Net searches indicate vscode can be setup to debug Node.js addon modules ... it would save development time if this feature were enabled.
