MacBook Pro, late 2011. OS X, 10.8.4.

Sorry, but did not try to reproduce it many times.

Hi, check the System Preferences->Users & Groups->Login Items. Is NoSleep icon
in the list? If no - just add it using the + button.

Thanks Pavel. Yes, it is there, and upon repeated restart it loads. Just for
some reason did not load first time.

Different question: Do you know why this app it not in App store? It was not
easy to find this app...

Some time ago I investigated the App Store rules and there was a restriction on
using of kernel extension. NoSleep, acually, is not just an icon in the menu
bar - the core fuctionality is implemented in kernel code.
