Build should pull (from some specified branch of) SWDB repo and then Jupyter Book build #17

Do this enables to mirror SWDB repo's filesystem tree. So, can build with original on Binder. Or can build hilux for Colab, simply by specifying different branches to pull down and build with into a JupyterBook.
