Install pipenv on your computer and initalize the virtual environment by
pipenv install The command installs python packages for data processing (pandas) and programming (jupyterlab).
Afterwards you can start the notebook by executing
pipenv run jupyter notebook If you want to use and edit Elyra Pipelines, execute
pipenv run jupyter lab
