How to interpret the results of MTAG #196

Hello, I'm having trouble interpreting the results of MTag. I don't know how to utilize these results to identify shared SNPs between phenotypes.could you help me please! zhanya

As we describe in the paper, MTAG results have the same interpretation as GWAS for their corresponding phenotypes. It doesn't identify shared SNPs between phenotypes, though you could use MTAG summary statistics in methods that do in the same way you would use GWAS summary statistics.
