Favorites encoding

I took a takeoff on the Russian language, but it only affects the general 
settings widget, but I do not understand why the Russian favorites displayed 
incorrect characters. takeoff.png - tab "Favorites", takeoff1 - vlc in tab 
"Multimedia"

Hi! The problem with the favorites text encoding is solved. If you want you can 
download and compile the SVN code

your Russian translation ;)

Thank you for your promptness. But here is the same error. When installing the 
swearing in de.po (bug in some msgstr). In the "Favorites" no launcher, though 
really they should be. Perhaps this is due to the fact that, due to build 
errors and had to remove de.po rebuild without him.
