Please add support for this Atari ST(E) / Mega/ TT/Falcon emulator

I think the developers of this want you to make up custom emulator profiles like I have done in #3430 for BigPEmu.

It takes a fair bit of RTFM (for both Playnite and the emulator in question) and isn't really a solution for end users (we're not all coders), but it might be worth trying in the meantime.
