Mouse picking a gridcell is inaccurate when zoomed out #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Zoom out some distance
2. Move the camera around
3. Try and click on a fleet icon or star

What is the expected output?

Fleet or Star should be selected

What do you see instead?

Occasionally it's off, so have to click around in the area hoping to hit the 
star or fleet.
