Re-integrate position indicator #92

I pushed to beta with a view added to display the position indicator that should be visible when the wheel is turned. I attached the positionIndicator class to the view without getting errors, but nothing is displayed. Please do the following:

  1. When wheel is turned, position indicator is displayed and updates based on position.

  2. When wheel is turned, parameter button is not visible.

  3. When wheel is turned the view called "Instrument Stack View" background changes from clear to black

All of these will need to be done without adding, removing, or altering any views.
