Does not specify what the "01" in the room number represents in the UG (Edit command) #10

On page 8 of the UG, under "Editing a person" first example, the command shows edit 1 n/Alex r/01-05-11 but the description only states the room number to be 05-11, and does not mention what the "01" represents.
