It is mentioned in the UG that time intervals that ends at the specified time will not be considered as free.
The decision for this behaviour is that in the real world context, if a person is free from 1300-1400. The same person will still be free at 1359 but not at 1400.
Hence, we decided that if a person's free time range is 1200-1300, using the whoisfree
command for the time 1300 will not show the 1200-1300 time range.

How to reproduce: Suppose a contact exists in the contact list with a time free from Mon 0000-2359. Keying in
whoisfree Mon:0000
displays the contact, whereas keying inwhoisfree Mon:2359
does not display the contact.Expected: The contact should be shown in both instances.
Actual: The contact is only shown for the former scenario.
