The Orbital Period and Luminosity widgets are showing scrollbars in some situations.

Not sure why the scrollbars were showing up when overflow_x and overflow_y were set to visible (which should not allow scrollbars. Forcibly set the height of these components to make it so the scrollbars didn't trigger.
