Hackdash page: Handle no projects imported for a event already in hackdash #22

The hackdash page imports the projects from one event. If there are no projects (like for frankfurt now) no icon is imported. So none can be displayed and so the headline is centered instead of being left align. See screenshot for details. If I fake in img-Tag with developer tools, than everything is fine.
