1) The submit button (that submits the whole page) marks answers as wrong but submitting them one by one marks them as correct.

@marklee45 This also happens for teachers as well (in the grading panel when a student hasn't yet submitted), even if they test all unit tests via. tests button they get marked incorrect in submission. This happens randomly and sometimes it is the opposite (tests button shows unit test results incorrect when they are correct, or after passed test results, subsequent checks on the same code fails).
