handle exception, when registering with existing email #199

when you register with existing email, you get

 Cause: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ОШИБКА: повторяющееся значение ключа нарушает ограничение уникальности "user_profile_login_key"
  Подробности: Ключ "(login)=(anakin@email.com)" уже существует.
