Replace checkbox layer choice by QgsCheckableComboBox #17

Feature description

Instead of having lots of Checkbox (cf picture1) in the Layout Selection frame. This could be replaced by a QgsCheckableComboBox. This would lighten the interface and give us something more simple.

I need to test it, I added a search bar to make the choices more simple for now...
