XLSX file creation command takes too much time running, it's been 15 minutes #39

I'm running all the commands on data.ipynb to test the dependencies, as suggested by Logan Kilpatrick, but the command to create an xlsx file just keeps running, it's already been 15 minutes, is that normal?
