colors/shading scheme? #92

found this keyboard the other day. i love the swipe to corners for extra characters functionality. i see you are still experimenting with it, making the extra characters bigger and more visible in the latest update. a step in the right direction perhaps, but all chars being roughly the same size makes the keyboard rather cluttered-looking to the eye and a bit harder to differentiate whats going on at a glance. i wonder if maybe a color / shading scheme could help? and/or a color/shading scheme applied as background colors to subtiles, like if you rendered each key as 4 subtiles with different colors/shading?

What do you mean by color/shading ? Making the characters less bright or the background color darker ?
