Feedback problem description
- It is not very clear what the problem exactly is. What is the main problem?
- We do not primarily look at the default rate (out of scope).
- Bank (provides the mortgage), borrower(wants a mortgage), investor(receive return). These are the stakeholders. Every stakeholder has a problem => this is the motivation for the system. (Incentive stakeholder)
- For the borrower: avoid paying rent and having equity
Note: Johan wants us to write a chapter per sprint. Every sprint has a different focus.
What to show at the meeting with the bank on monday:
- Screens
- Flowcharts
- Trello?
- API
We could split into 2 groups of 2 persons and show them what we have.
More feedback
- Johan wants us to create one blockchain, not separate blockchains for every user. It would be too ambitious.
- We have to take a look at the standard of testing. Are we testing the right way?
- We do not need a log in screen. Checkboxes for the banks are enough for them to identify themselves. For now we assume that people will not lie.
What we should have done after the second sprint(4th sprint): problem description + 1st sprint chapter: defining the customer journey.
