Macros ignore return key #13

If I press the return key in insert mode while recording a macro, the return key action is not performed when executing the macro. Since splitting lines is a frequent task when editing code, fixing this bug would make the macro functionality significantly more useful.

Same for other movement keys (j and k for example).
