As I said here: https://github.com/JustinDevB/AntiCheatReplay/pull/22 and as the SpartanAPI's pull request have been accepted, I propose you now to use the jitpack repository.
This pull request remove local jar for 2 dependancies :
I didn't check for others. Both use jitpack. Plugin well compile.
