Flatpak version #233

Please, consider creating a Flatpak version of QT-Dab and publishing it on Flathub. :-)

On the other hand, Flatpak version would require the user to manually install user-space udev rules, but AppImage does the same thing. Flatpak will hopefully have an udev portal to be able to do this automatically in the future.
