Create CSS document with HTML selectors. #144

I would like to be able to write out my HTML framework, then call a command 
that would open a CSS document and autofill all of the selectors I have 
already entered into my HTML document, allowing me to go through and just 
enter the values.

Any way of that happening?

It's possible, but I don't understand how to deal with elements that has both 
ID and CLASS or multiple classes.

Users should use other tools like this:

http://lab.xms.pl/css-generator/
http://primercss.com/index.php

There's a lot of options should be present, as well as sophisticated editor 
support, so it's not gonna be a part of Zen Coding
