Unfortunately, not all Joomla extension types can have separate administration
pages. Joomla components can but modules and plug-ins cannot. sigplus is
currently released as a module and a plug-in. Components, in general, require
much more boilerplate code that depends very much on the specifics of the
Joomla platform, and has been rather volatile as the Joomla versions followed
one another. (For instance, the component model of Joomla 1.5 is wildly
different from that of 2.5, and there have been extensive changes in 3.0.) For
this reason, there is a relatively steep learning curve when you want to write
a component, and it is not quite economical when you as a developer would have
only one or two components altogether. Of course, for a company that works
full-time on Joomla extensions can distribute this cost over the many
components it develops. Put another way, I will likely not have the free time
available to be able to develop the features you have proposed, it would simply
take too long.

I understand.
I think of the usual menu of Joomla! or prepared article content of Joomla!
with ready-made content, which will display the necessary administrative scenes
not.
Example of use:
1 I create a new article entitled "Administrator SigPlus"
2 in the article intercede content:
{gallery} report {/ gallery}
3 The Joomla! I add a new menu of "Signle article" choose item "Administrator
SigPlus". and I set Access to the "User1" or other
4 On the frontend I log on to the website and see the "Administrator SigPlus" I
click and I see an article with the report.
The report is displayed by the code {gallery} report {/ gallery}.

What you are describing is perfectly feasible with a Joomla component but such
features are not available to a module or a plug-in. Joomla does not expose the
necessary programming interfaces to make this possible for a module or a
plug-in, you must write a component for this.

I am afraid the proposal in comment #2 is pretty much against the spirit of how
Joomla works, even if in theory sigplus administration pages could be
implemented in such a twisted way. :)

Ok I have no idea. Some simple table frontpage data straight from the database
sigplus.
I wanted to be the easiest way without extensive work for you. But I guess I do
not know well. Sorry. :)

The point is that it is now based on a dynamic gallery sigplus after some time
intensive work of the whole team can be many dead bodies in the closet.
This problem is not yet solved as elegantly as the same action SIGplus
