Setting CI #43

Set gitlab runners to locally run CI from a mirrored version of the code on gitlab. Local runners are needed in order to use GPU.

@dzhoshkun Thanks for the help on the setup. Adding you here in case I need more help :D

For some reason, the mac build fails the first time and his successfull the second time. It is related to the cuda.h file not being found. Will investigate later.
