Cell by SNV matrix for germline #57

Thanks for developing this tool. Will Monopogen be able to produce a cell by snv matrix for germline mutations? Or the matrix is only reported by the somatic mode?

The final cell by snv matrix includes both germline and somatic. This is a full dataset and you can extract any locus that passed the filtering or anyone that is interested to you.
