Add support for Twitter lists #252

That's the only thing I find missing in Pino: lists. Keeping tweets 
organized is pretty important and it would be really great if Pino could 
integrate with Twitter's lists.

Here's how I think this should work: create another button in the toolbar 
that, upon click, shows a list of, well, lists available (the ones the user 
follows on Twitter). User chooses a list and sees the respective tweets.

Another great feature would be to only display notifications for new tweets 
in certain user-chosen lists.

This should be Type-Enhancement but I don't think I have permissions to do that.

Lists are important. They are not just a way to organize people you follow: you 
don't have to follow people included in the lists at all. With pino, as it is 
now, tweets from people who are not followed, but are on lists, are not being 
shown.
