Latest @reply appears several times #328

Hi,

Since identi.ca server was updated to the SN 0.9.7 series, the latest @reply 
appears several times in pino 0.2.x (0.3.x not tested).

This was reported against the Debian package at 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=613268 and on identi.ca : 
http://identi.ca/conversation/63715221#notice-64452713

I know mustard had to be updated to include a workaround for this issue. In 
case this can help, here is the changes committed to workaround this issue:

Same here on Fedora with pino 0.2.11.

This bug was fixed on the server side: 
http://status.net/open-source/issues/3041#comment-16763

The duplicate notifications stop after the next @reply comes in.

This bug can hence be closed
