Allow nested lists in config files #70

This allows to use nested lists in config files, for example like this:

probe_points=[[0.000391, -0.001916, 0.000150], [0.001286, -0.000529, -0.001027], [-0.000170, 0.001041, -0.000218], [8.373301e-05, 0.002781, 0.0001315]]
