The rest of the code looks to work but is being skipped because as a user I am not the BOT_ADMIN.

Was this intentional, and if so for what reason, or is this just a mistake, and if so can we get it fixed and released?

Youtube playlists were disabled due to spamming and abuse, they will be reenabled when we release 2.0.
