STM32 version #10

schematic & PCB in kicad. firmware in STM32CUBE IDE BOM <20$ All components are avilable on LCSC. Works great, tested with 12V lead acid battery.

PCB does not open in KiCad 5.1.9 / Ubuntu 20.10. release build. Seems to be built with a nightly.. DATE of KiCad version required (or newer) 09/07/19 ???
