Rename files to appear chronologically #1

So that stories (in progress and published) are listed in chronological order, name them "[BCE or CE] [YYYYMMDD]: [Story Title]" where MMDD are not really necessary.

BUT this will still place "BCE 2600" after "BCE 1550" because it's a bigger number, I think! What to do! Oh, woe is me!

Events will be dated by their year as "[BCE/CE] YYYY". So, something in 500 CE will be CE 0500.

Must change the new stories template to reflect this.

I DID IT. All the stories are properly named so they appear chronologically, unless they are BCE, in which case they go backwards... But there is a BCE/CE divide!
