Quick questions HOI4 version: Kaiserreich version: Master

Describe the change you would like:

[ ] rocket_artillery_equipment is included in all Artillery designers.
[ ] motorized_rocket_equipment is included in all Motorized designers.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: these are the only two equipments that have progression lines that are ignored by design companies in KR.
