USA - Restore Attu Island #22421

Explanation of the issue: Attu Island was removed a long time ago. It should be restored since it makes naval invasions to North America from Asia and from North America to Asia impossible. Even by 1944 it is still impossible to do even with the last naval tech. It could either become its own state like before or incorporated into Alaska as a province

No, this doesn't really work. Attu is a tiny atoll wholly unsuitable to any level of troop mobilisation. Invasions of North America from Asia and vice-versa are meant to happen through the chain of Pacific islands from Guam to Hawaii.
