Explanation of the Issue

[x] The market liberal path seems to have a lot of oversights. In the gamerules it says that the president is Stasys Šilingas while ingame the actual president is Vaclovas Sidzikauskas

[ ] The second in command for the market liberals is Leonas Bistras but that doesnt make sense because he is the starting soc con prime minister that retires before the first election
