Constantly showing disconnected #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program and it constantly shows disconnected while connected
2. Does same with different target sites
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to say 
online...I am submitting this on same computer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.41
