The timer should help the user keep focus, but sometimes the user needs to leave a timer to check something on phone (part of the task). Samsung Clock has a nice feature that allows displaying of a widget over other apps.
Acceptance criteria
Add the possibility to display the timer as a flying widget when the user leaves the app
Hide the widget if the user goes back to the app
Open the app if the user clicks on the widget
Add a task to allow the user to manage if he wants to use this feature
