Migrated and interfaced encryption. Depends on the matching KB PHP PR.

Tested and working on a client app, with an extension in place also working.

We have, for some reason it's not highlighting it in the tree.

I have a feeling it may be an issue with tagging before pushing the merge: Mqxqk <v4.1.4> Merge branch 'feat/encrypt-core'
