Existing documentation is out of date #429

Describe the bug Docs in https://github.com/KasperskyLab/Kaspresso/tree/master/docs are out of date and causes problems when opening a project in Windows

We are temporarily deleting the docs folder. Instead, we will create an informative tutorial
