All of the sections between Data (inclusive) and Exploratory Visualisations (exclusive) is to be removed.
This will be replaced with a short section describing the data collected and linking out to the _data.ipynb nobebook, so that readers can still find out about how the data was collected and execute the code themselves if they're interested to.
Subtasks:
[ ] Work through the first sections of story.ipynb and move over anything that's missing from the _data.ipynb file (there may not be anything).
[ ] Tidy up the _data.ipynb file if it needs it.
[ ] Write a new Data section to add to the story.ipynb file.
