Remove columns with user-defined percentage missing value

Dear Katy, Thank you for maintaining the repository. I am wondering whether there is a option to remove sites with a user-defined percentage of missing values. Thank you in advance

Thank you. We don't currently have this option (although the remove insertions function will remove these columns if they are flanked by higher coverage columns) but it is something we can look into for the next release. Katy
